1. Services
We offer furniture production, curtain installations, event rentals, and other event management services. All services are available on hand. Payment must be made to confirm the reservation.
2. Payments
The prices for all the services are always expressed in Saudi Riyal. In the case of a custom order, 50% and the full payment must be made 24 hours before pickup/delivery or setting up the event, respectively.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customized request: From the moment production starts, they are not returnable.
- Events: Partial payment return of 50% if canceled more than 5 days prior; no refunds within 5 days.
- Curtains: Refund on canceling within 24 hours.
4. Delivery & Responsibility
Delivery sites must be accessible to customers. They pay for damaged or lost items on hire.
5. Privacy & Content
Your identity is in secure hands here as the website’s contents are copyrighted property of Al Wasad Furniture and may not be copied in any manner without express permission.
6. Liability
We have no responsibility for delays or misuse of our products.
